As the President of our company I have had the privilege of working with some of the finest people in the mortgage industry for some 13 years. Our company is unique in that most of us here have worked together for many years, a trait not common to the mortgage industry. We have built this business by simply treating people the way we like and expect to be treated when we need a service. A little about myself. My family migrated to Brevard County in 1976 when I was in the 6th grade and opened Children's Choice Day Care Center next to Audubon Elementary on Merritt Island. We met a lot of people through that business and constantly run into kids (now adults) that attended the day care center. Many of the former Children's Choice customers are now customers of Thomas Louis Mortgage, which is a testament to the reputation of my mother (Beverly) and late father (Thomas Louis DeLoche - hence our company name).

After graduating Merritt Island High School I spent an exciting 2 years at Wendy's Old Fashined Hamburgers! And then began a 10 year tenure at local Sea Ray Boats and finally my career in the mortgage business began in 1993. I am married and have a beautiful step daughter and son. When family and work allow it, I spend time fishing both offshore and in the rivers. I love the water and boating.
